You’ll master essential kitchen skills and learn from the same textbook used at the Culinary Institute of America.

Barista/Latte Artist Apprenticeship Program
Starting a career in coffee can be challenging, but our Barista/Latte Artist Apprenticeship—the first of its kind in the country—gives you everything you need to succeed.

- Coffee fundamentals—from seed to cup
- Espresso brewing, pour-over techniques, and latte art
- Creating custom syrups and basic baking

Bartender/Mixologist Apprenticeship Program
Many bartending schools promise quick training but often there is no job on the other end. Our Bartender/Mixologist Apprenticeship is different.

Pre-Apprenticeship Prep Cook Program
Prep Cooks are the backbone of any restaurant or food service company, handling ingredient prep, stocks, sauces, and station setup. Our five-week Pre-Apprenticeship Prep Cook Program is perfect if you are passionate about cooking and ready to enter the industry.
