Cuando nos asociamos con la HTA en grandes ferias de empleo, el n\u00famero de personas que se presentan crece exponencialmente, y atraemos a un grupo de talentos m\u00e1s diverso, gracias a la enorme proyecci\u00f3n de la HTA en las comunidades a las que servimos. A trav\u00e9s de nuestra asociaci\u00f3n con la HTA, me enorgullece que sigamos ofreciendo segundas oportunidades y, a menudo, oportunidades profesionales transformadoras a tantos trabajadores meritorios que han superado muchas cosas en su vida, y ahora est\u00e1n prosperando. Me enorgullece decir que m\u00e1s de la mitad de mi personal de cocina son titulados de la HTA. Son algo m\u00e1s que simples cocineros: son aut\u00e9nticos chefs. Entienden que llevar el uniforme blanco significa ser un l\u00edder en nuestra industria. Han sido formados para amar lo que hacemos: no es un trabajo m\u00e1s.
